Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use this site — including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or captioning.

Conformance target

Bays Unlimited aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That standard is our target; this site has been reviewed against it but has not been independently audited, and we are not claiming full conformance.

What we've done

Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order
Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
Text contrast checked against the 4.5:1 AA minimum for body text
Every form field has a programmatically associated label
Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology
Responsive layout that supports zoom to 200% without loss of content
No auto-playing audio or video, and no content that flashes more than three times per second
Motion respects your system's reduced-motion preference

Known limitations

The inquiry form is delivered by Formspree, a third party whose processing pages we do not control.
The site has not been tested against every assistive-technology and browser combination.

Accessibility of the physical space

No space is acquired yet. Physical accessibility is a stated criterion as this project is planned, including step-free entry and adequate clearance for people and equipment. Once a location is chosen, this page will be updated with the specifics of that building, honestly stated, including any limitations.
