Bays Unlimited is a pre-launch project. We have no physical location yet, and the only information we collect is what you type into the inquiry form.
Only what the inquiry form asks for: your name, email address, and an optional message describing what you're looking for. We do not collect payment information on this site, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not send marketing on behalf of anyone else, and we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.
Each of these is an independent company with its own privacy policy. We do not control their practices.
This site does not use an AI system to handle your inquiry, and we do not record or transcribe any calls — there is no phone or voice channel connected to this site. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated before it does, with a clear disclosure and an opt-out.
Retention. Inquiry entries are kept until the earlier of: (a) you ask us to delete them, or (b) 24 months after your submission. If the project is cancelled, we delete all inquiry data within 60 days of making that decision.
Deletion and access. Email hello@baysunlimited.com from the address you submitted and ask us to delete your entry, correct it, or send you a copy of it. We will action it within 30 days and confirm by reply. No account or login is required, and there is no cost.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. We extend the rights described above to everyone who asks, regardless of location.
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no analytics cookies at this stage.
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, where practical, notify anyone who has submitted an inquiry before the change takes effect.
